Ballroom Level

Grand Ballroom

This 7,000 sq. ft. ballroom is an elegant setting for an exhibition with up to 48 display booths, a theater-style presentation for 1,000, or a grand gala for 600 guests. For smaller meetings, the ballroom can be divided into two, with a buffet set-up in one room while your conference continues in the other. The adjoining foyer is ideal for pre-meeting registration, coffee breaks or cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prior to your formal dinner.

Redwood Room

This well-designed room configures easily into many different set-ups and is conveniently connected to the Grand Ballroom. Redwood works well as a breakout room, for meals, exhibits or when extra space is needed for spillover from the main event.

Cypress and Sequoia Rooms

Select either or both of these flexible venues to hold team meetings following the larger event in the Grand Ballroom. Use one as your working headquarters and the other for private executive meetings and lunches with clients. Both Cypress and Sequoia can be combined with the Ballroom Foyer to create the Grand Foyer, which is perfect for dinners or exhibits.

Theatre Level

Conference Theatre

Elegantly furnished with 70 Herman Miller Ergonomic chairs, individually controlled lighting fixtures and ample desktops, this theater easily allows for an interactive meeting with participants within the room as well as offsite locations. The 1,500 sq. ft. Conference Theatre features multi-media "one-touch" control for all multiple components from unique speaker podium, and can accommodate up to 90 participants.

Fillmore, Curran, Orpheum, Warfield

All of these rooms were designed to work either on their own or in conjunction with events taking place in the Conference Theatre. Choose the larger Fillmore room to set up themed lunch buffets with plenty of seating for your attendees. Located across from the Fillmore room, each of the remaining meeting rooms on this floor are ideal for hosting a seminar in a U-shape setting for 35, or a brainstorming session in a hollow square for 40 following the main presentation in the Theatre.

San Francisco Skyline Event Space

Bayview, Skyline, Sunset, Union Square

Located on the 36th floor, these modern and elegant event spaces feature wall to wall glass windows overlooking expansive views of the Bay, Coit Tower, Union Square and the beautiful skyline of downtown San Francisco.  With over 1,100 square feet of space in each room, these are the perfect venues to host a VIP reception or social gathering. 

Special Meeting Rooms in San Francisco

Located on the second floor with natural lighting from the windows and built-in 50” LCD TV screen, it is ideal for small banquets of 60 or receptions for 75. This Belvedere room works well for mid-sized meetings in a variety of set ups.

Larkspur, Sausalito, Tiburon
Located on the second floor with natural light, a built-in TV screen, and individual climate and music control, these beautifully appointed San Francisco meeting rooms are ideal spaces for an intimate gathering for 26 or a boardroom meeting for 15.
